  If you need Christmas light help, do not go here. These men are RUDE!! My husband went in to ask a question about how to fix Christmas lights. We thought a local store that has been around forever would have friendly helpful staff - boy were we wrong! The first man took one look at the lights and said "aren't our lights. Can't help you" and WALKED away before my husband could even say anything. Seriously. My patient husband stuck around and tried to ask another employee (he's far more patient than me). The second employee said "we don't work on other brands of lights". My husband simply wanted to know if they were wired correctly, and if not, what part he would need to fix them. The third employee was more helpful than the other two and grabbed an electrical specialist. The electrical specialist again tried to cut my husband off, saying "we don't help with other brands of lights". My husband finally cut him off saying "ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS IF THESE ARE WIRED CORRECTLY!" Electrical specialist looked and said "yep, it looks right". Wow. It took all that effort and push back for a simple yes or no answer. We love to shop local, but unfortunately this local business has lost us as customers forever. It's very unfortunate because locally owned hardware stores bring a lot of nostalgia for both my husband and myself - visiting them with our grandfathers...but I can guarantee you, the owners back then were much more friendly and would've been helpful - whether we purchased the lights there or not. Very disappointed.
