Reviews about Man's Best Friend

I go every week. Will be continuing to go it's like going to the gym for humans but for dogs, so they can keep in good shape. Chloe is my 10 month old German shepherd she is the most obidenent dog I've seen every one that sees her compliments me and her. If you are going to take your dog to mans best friend you need to understand that is not all on the trainer and the dog but the handler needs to work comstintly with there dog and know how to comunnicate with the dog. For example I took Chloe in to the Carrolton location and Rachel was her trainer and I had trained her a lot before she went in and she graduated today and its only been a week sense I have had her back. She had stuff that she had to work on when she came out but I worked with her till she figured it out. I just bought a male German shepherd and I will be taking him as well when he gets to about 9 months old. Bryan is our trainer at the McKinney location and he is vary helpful with teaching the handler how to communicate with there dog. If you take your dog in and exapect them to pick everything up while they are there and you won't have to do anything, you need to do more research.

DO NOT take your dog here. 1 star is generous compared to the service I have had. I started lessons with lack of communication, took my dog to the board and train for him to sit in a kennel and back pedal in training as I had to re-potty train and re-train sit. I had been getting the go around for the past two months trying to get a hold of management and I still can't ahold of anyone who can actually do anything. They are disrespectful and they used "training tools" on my dog that scared him. I work in the pet services industry and have been apart of guest services for years, I had never been treated this bad or seen anyone treated as poorly as they are treating me.
