  This is a first job for many of the girls who work here. They are inexperienced and poorly trained. Learning to leave your rudeness at home is something that is taught as a child and it's something most of these girls did not learn. Customer service comes with any retail job. Best to learn it now then later. I see a couple of reviews about a "Elaina" being described as rude. THAT'S THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER. That should definitely tell you something about the store. The buyers need to be trained better. Much of the stuff is in WORN condition. Not gently used but much piling and stains. If you look at the boots hung on the ends of the aisles in the back much of the faux leather is peeling off. Toe prints inside the shoes is abundant. Any Miss Me or Rock Revival jeans you buy will have the store SKU code WRITTEN IN SHARPIE on the inside of the leg. It's to prevent thieves from selling it back to the store but it's a practice that defaces the merchandise and makes it seem so "thrift store".

  I was just recently at this store and it was horrible! Staff is so rude and has no knowledge of anything. I tried to sell clothes here and was told the clothes were not “teen style” lol.. what a shame, when There are teen style and brand new. Ridiculous! Send the owner a email about my bad customer service and he didn’t even bother to respond. Ridiculous
