Seems that buying scratch cards and tobacco takes about 10 minutes per customer. 1 member of staff behind the counter during rush hour. Maybe have some more staff? The word racetrac suggests speed, velocity, expedience, fast service. Quiktrip up the street is fast, jimmy johns fast.
