I have been shopping here for the last six years, since I moved into the area. They have a large selection of running & walking type shoes. Staff are friendly and well trained in fitting you with the correct shoe for your foot and activity. They have a good selection of popular brands.

If you are serious about your running you can either go to a big store and have some temp sell you a pair of shoes without any science or knowledge behind it. OR you can do the right thing for your feet and visit your local RUN ON and have an expert sell you a pair that fits YOU perfectly that won't destroy your soles, and won't force you to go back to buy another pair within weeks.
