- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 11, 2020, by Susan StringerAwful customer service. No "real" checkout lanes were open. I had to use self-checkout. A female employee offered to help me, but she rolled her eyes when I asked if any of their many checkout lanes were open. This store spent a lot on remodeling, but now they're going very cheap on customer service.
