*****UPDATE****** 6/2/17: the day I posted this review I got a call from the manager who gave me an refund of 50 bucks. That was awesome customer service but I have already moved over to CVS. I walked into CVS, gave them my prescription with a new coupon due to changing my dose. No questions asked. Drove through this morning, picked up my free prescription and left. Dropping off and picking up maybe took a total of 10mins. And when I do have to start paying it's only 30 bucks compaired to the 50 at Walgreens. Same meds just higher mg. Totally worth the switch******* I drop a prescription off on 5/2, mid afternoon around 330pm, with a free 30 day supply coupon from my doctor. So i told them Per my doctor (and instructions on the back of the coupon) the pharmacy does not run my insurance along with the coupon because it won't work. They noted my account (or so I thought) and they told me it would be ready at 6pm. So I get to the drive through line at 6pm on 5/2 and make it to the window around 612pm, which is pretty normal. I ask for my prescription and reminded her of my 30 day free supply coupon for my perscription. She preceded to tell me that it wasn't ready to which I informed her that I was told it would be ready by 6pm so she told me to hold on and she would go check. At 625pm I got a text msg that my prescription was ready and she finally came to the window around 635pm to 640pm. Mind you, I sat for 30 mins while she went to "see if my prescription was ready." At 640pm she comes to the window with my prescription so I handed her my coupon along with another verbal reminder. Well guess what?? She ran it through my insurance ( which I didn't know at the time) and my coupon was denied. So I asked her to go get her manager so we can figure this out and again reminded her of my coupon. At that point the "manager" got to the window and I told her everything that happened. She proceeded to stumble her words and pauses that seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing. We went around for another 3 to 4 minutes and it was said that she ran it through insurance then without to which I told her it won't work now!!! So I had to pay $50 bucks for a prescription I'm not sure I'll stay on because I was doing a trial period. The pharmacy tech that messed everything up seemed to not know policies and coupon guidelines for something that's an everyday occurrence. I will never go there again. Just a heads up.
