  I am disappointed in the owner who fixes on the computers. I brought in a computer to have the monitor updated and to make my computer screen clearer . It's an old computer so I knew the work would be costly but I asked Mr. Phillip would he he able to get the job done to save the time and trouble. He assured me and I came back to get the computer. I noticed that my computer was running slow and he stated that his wi-fi was running slow. I paid the cost of it and went home. I connected my computer only to find out that it was still going slow. I tried to call Mr. Phillip back to let him know that it's not the wi-fi because I checked on my laptop to see if it was going slow; and it did just fine. He never responded to my call and he changed his voicemail to "appointments only." I feel so betrayed.
